EGD Greece is the Greek development arm of Elysian Developments, a Dubai-based property company with two decades of experience delivering design-led residential projects across the UAE.

In Dubai, reputation is everything. The market is international, fast-moving, and unforgiving. Elysian built its name there by being genuinely good, consistent on design, honest on value, and accountable on delivery. That track record is not incidental to what we do in Greece. It is the reason we are here.

We source older, underperforming residential properties across Athens focusing on neighbourhoods undergoing renewal and sites with genuine redevelopment potential. We acquire, we clear where necessary, and we build homes that meet a modern European standard.

Every project is designed in close collaboration with Athenian architects and craftspeople. We draw from Cycladic geometry, natural materials, and the practical demands of contemporary living, producing homes that feel rooted in Greece but built for a global buyer.
